Does this mirror include a warranty?

Warranty:

Yes. This mirror includes an extended 5-Year Limited Warranty.

To break this into simple terms, this will protect you against defects in materials or workmanship under ordinary use for 5 years from the date of purchase. Etoile Collective will also cover any and all shipping costs involved in getting a replacement to you / returning the faulty piece. No ifs or buts - we'll make things right babe.

Damage during transit? We'll also protect you against that risk too. If your Vanity Mirror is damaged during transit, again, it's on us and we will get a replacement to you. Although, don't worry - we invest in thick cardboard packaging, high quality and environmentally friend EPE foam and steel corner protectors to prevent anything from happening in the first place.

Safety:

This product complies with Australian and New Zealand safety standards: AS/NZS IEC 61347.2.13:2013 and AS/NZS 61347.1:2016.

Can this be wall-mounted sideways?

Our Crystal Full-Length Mirror can only be wall-mounted vertically and cannot be rotated to mount sideways. A wall-mount kit and instructions will also be included.

Can you replace the bulbs?

Yes. Our Hollywood Classic XL Vanity Mirror includes a 1-year limited warranty which also applies to the bulbs. If any of your bulbs stop working within 1 year, we can send you a replacement. Outside of the warranty period, you may purchase the bulbs separately.

When purchasing bulbs outside of our store, please pay careful attenion to the bulb style and wattage.

Can you change the power port to suit my country?

Unfortunately we do not ship vanity mirrors or tables outside of Australia. This is due to safety regulations and different electrical standards.
