SHIPPING
- How much is domestic shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $15 Australia wide for all orders excluding vanity mirrors and tables and certain larger products. Please use our shipping calculator on the cart page once all items are added. This will give you an accurate estimate on shipping costs and transit times.
- How long does domestic shipping take?
VIC, NSW, SA, QLD, ACT: 1-3 business days
TAS, NT, WA: 3-7 business days
Please note, transit times are indicative only and based on metro areas within states.
- Same-day delivery
We offer same day delivery within Melbourne metropolitan areas. Only applicable to orders placed before 2pm AEST.
- How much is international shipping?
International shipping is calculated at checkout and weight dependent. Your parcel will be dispatched the next business day. We offer the following services (please note not all options will appear at the checkout as they depend on location and weight):

- Express courier
For estimated transit times, please use the shipping calculator on the cart page once your cart is finalised. Note: The transit times are estimates only and does not include fulfilment (24 hours) or time held in customs at the destination country. Also based on times between metropolitan areas of major cities.
Please note: ALL orders to the United States and Canada are shipped via an Express service and will take 2-3 business days.
Both services are tracked and you will receive email updates as the parcel is scanned through the various touch points.
As an overseas customer, please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay for any taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.
- Do you offer local pickup / click and collect?
No
- Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from Australia from one of our two warehouses located in Melbourne or Sydney.
RETURNS
- What do I do if my item arrived damaged?
If the product is damaged, we will happily replace the product for you if it is in stock, otherwise the total amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of some of our products, damage may be incurred during transit, even if all packages are packed to sustain rough handling. Please understand that is out of our control how items are handled and we apologise if you receive a damaged product.
- My item arrived damaged?
We will gladly replace any products that arrive damaged or do not match the product description. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Etoile Collective will also bear the associated shipping costs to return any damaged items.
- I've changed my mind! Can I exchange an item or get a refund?
Yes. We have a 14 day exchange or refund policy. This excludes vanity mirrors and furniture pieces - please note that all sales within these two collections are final.
- Etoile Collective will not bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or you have been sent the wrong product
- Some of our products are extremely fragile and need to be packaged well to sustain rough handling. Etoile Collective will not refund or exchange any items that arrive damaged
- Etoile Collective cannot accept any liability for lost or missing goods returned by unregistered post
- Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for the return to be assessed before a refund can be processed
