On a separate note, the customer service team at Etoile are incredible. I forgot to monogram my vanity case and they helped arrange with me the return, monogram and delivery back of my travel case!

I have been browsing the internet off and on for years trying to find an ACTUAL solution to upgrade from the floppy, lifeless, hanging toiletry bags that have been the bane of all my travels. THIS. This is the blessed END of that search. Gone are the days of watching all of my items spill out of the gaping belly of an unstructured bag or trusting some questionable hook with the weight of fragile products. Gone are the days of cramming tiny glass vessels in together with no buffers and hoping for the best. Gone are the days of digging through chaos to find that one elusive thing!
