Got this and quality was fine, but size was bigger than I anticipated. Decided to exchange for something else and must comment that returns process is not easy. No label provided so have to go into post office and pay return postage, plus then have to go back onto original order and manually enter shipping number of return. Lucky didn't have to pay shipping again for my exchange product. Looking forward to it's arrival.

On a separate note, the customer service team at Etoile are incredible. I forgot to monogram my vanity case and they helped arrange with me the return, monogram and delivery back of my travel case!

I have been browsing the internet off and on for years trying to find an ACTUAL solution to upgrade from the floppy, lifeless, hanging toiletry bags that have been the bane of all my travels. THIS. Gone are the days of watching all of my items spill out of the gaping belly of an unstructured bag or trusting some questionable hook with the weight of fragile products.
